UERRA

UERRA was a European FP7 reanalysis project of meteorological observations covering the period 1961-2019 (July). It includes recovery of historical (last century) data, estimating uncertainties in the reanalyses and user friendly data services. It aimed to prepare for and contribute to a future Copernicus climate change service. It was funded from the SPACE 2013 programme under Grant number 607193 and carried out during the years 2014-2017.

Reports and extensive descriptions of the models and data and results are available on www.uerra.eu.

The SMHI HARMONIE European Reanalysis for upper air and surface together with the dedicated Meteo-France MESCAN-SURFEX surface reanalysis system are available on the Copernicus Climate Change Service (C3S) Climate Data Store.

Please see https://climate.copernicus.eu/copernicus-regional-reanalysis-europe-cerra?q=regional-reanalysis-europe for data access.

A new high resolution European Reanalysis CERRA, is being produced to be delivered during 2021, also on the web site given above.
